Leadership Team

Christopher R. Gray, President

Christopher Gray is the president of Medical Outcome Systems, Inc. and the architect of the eMINI and Dolphin EDC software. He has more than 25 years of experience in computer technology as a senior software engineer, analyst, and consultant. He has worked extensively both in Windows and Macintosh platforms. Gray has earned a B.S. in Computer and Information Systems from the University of North Florida as well as numerous certifications. He attends conferences and takes advanced technology courses regularly to help ensure MOS remains on the cutting edge of technology.

 

Gray was honored as one of Florida’s First Coast Innovators by the Florida Time-Union because of the development of the eMINI software and the many advancements he has made to take the software beyond its original design. He has been a featured and guest speaker at numerous psychiatric and technology conventions throughout the United States and Europe, lecturing on technology issues related to general and specific projects for which he was responsible.

 

 

David V. Sheehan, M.D., M.B.A.

Dr. David Sheehan is the co-author of the M.I.N.I. International Neuropsychiatric Interview (M.I.N.I.) and the principal consultant of the eMINI Suite of software tools. Dr. Sheehan has been Professor of Psychiatry at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Professor of Psychology at the University of South Florida College of Arts and Sciences, and Director of Research for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the University of South Florida College of Medicine.

 

He was born and educated in Ireland and completed his residency training in psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School (where he was Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and a member of the full-time faculty for 12 years). He served as Director of Anxiety Research and Director of the Psychosomatic Medicine Clinic at Massachusetts General Hospital and received his MBA (summa cum laude) from the University of South Florida. He has written more than 450 abstracts and more than 200 publications including the best-selling “The Anxiety Disease.” He has edited or served on the editorial board of eight books/monographs.

 

He has been awarded over $12 million in research grants, either as principal investigator or investigator, and he a received patent from the U.S. Patent Office in 1996. Dr. Sheehan has served on advisory boards and committees and as a consultant to the World Health Organization and many of world's largest pharmaceutical companies. He has given expert testimony to the Unites States Congress and has served as a consultant to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and as a research grant reviewer for the National Institute of Mental Health.

 

A frequent speaker, Dr. Sheehan has presented more than 1,400 lectures in 53 countries on anxiety and mood disorders, psychopharmacology and biological psychiatry. Among other honors, he has been included in “The Best Doctors in America" published by Woodward/White, Inc. since 1992, "American Men & Women of Science" (1995, 1997), "Who's Who in Medicine & Healthcare” (1999-2000), and 'Who's Who in Science & Engineering" 4th Edition.

 

 

Michael Johnson, M.B.A. Director of Business Development and Market Strategy 

Michael Johnson is a twenty seven year technology veteran, serial entrepreneur, and angel investor in the high tech industry. Michael has more than seventeen years of progressive experience in providing consultancy services and best practices to entrepreneurs, technology investors, and forward thinking start-ups. Widely known as a leader in the field of business strategic planning and knowledge modeling, Michael has an extensive background in software and financial industries and has been the key architect for several award winning industry leaders such as IDS, Innovise, Vigilant Technologies, Omniton Analytics, and Medical Outcome Systems.

 

Today Michael is the President of Strategic and Business Development for Medical Outcome Systems. Inc., the recognized world leader in mental health assessments. His background includes executive positions at IDS, IRI, Vigilant Technologies, Innovise, a top U.K. technology incubator hosting more than 50 start-ups, and CEO of Alar Consulting Group, a privately held investment and strategic planning group where he provides assistance and guidance to several early stage companies.

 

Michael earned his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and pursued additional accreditation through the Business and Corporate Psychology Resources training, Atlanta, Georgia.
